2021 Summer Season

Evaluations/Tryout Schedule for Sunday, August 2nd
14U Players

**Please note that pitchers and catchers may have to stay up to a half hour beyond their designated age group time to fit in pitching/catching evaluations
We ask that players Pre-Register for Evaluations/Tryouts so we can minimize contact at the check-in table the day of Evaluations.  
In an effort to minimize congregating after check-in, players will be assigned a pod/group and field to report to.  They will remain with this pod/group for the duration of evaluations and will rotate fields on a schedule.
If possible - please wear a mask while you check-in
Parents can help their player check-in but we ask that you either stay in your vehicle or leave during evaluations to minimize the number of people in the ball field vicinity.
The recreation center will be closed the day of Evaluations/Tryouts.  There will be two satellite bathrooms available for players if they need to use the restroom
Please bring your own water and sanitizer if possible.  No gum or seeds permitted.  We will have hand sanitizer available should you need it. 
We will be doing our best to sanitize common areas and equipment while we rotate through the day.
At the conclusion of Evaluations/Tryouts - instead of meeting at the check-in table for a follow up meeting - players will instead be issued a "Next Steps" Info. Sheet that will outline important SPNAR dates and Evaluation Follow Up Information.

Season Fees Information

  • The player fee for the 2021 season is $345 (does not include uniforms) for 12u/14u/16u/18u.
  • Each family is expected to complete 8 hours of volunteer service in addition to the player fee.
  • The first $100 (player deposit) is due 9/1/2020 - this will confirm your spot on the roster. Players who don't confirm with their deposit by 9/1/2020 risk being removed from the roster and moved to the waiting list. 
  • The remaining $245 is due March 15, 2021.

The 2021 Season Evaluations For 14U, 16U & 18U wILL BE held Sunday August 2, 2020.

MAKE-UP EVALUATIONS will be held Wednesday August 5, 2020 at Battle Creek Recreation Center from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Check-in begins at 5:30. Please register prior to tryouts.

12U - Register now!  we are planning to hold12U Evaluations in late january; more info will be posted as soon as it is available. 


10U - Register now! Evaluations will be held late winter (toward the end of the winter workouts schedule).
